July 6, 2022 <br />1 <br /> <br />The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 p.m., <br />July 6, 2022, Council President Stonecipher presiding. <br /> <br />Upon roll call, it was found that Council Members Rhyne, Zarlingo, Tuohy, Fosse, <br />Schwab, and President Stonecipher were present. Mayor Franklin and Council <br />Member Vogeli were excused. <br /> <br />Council Member Rhyne led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />On behalf of the City Council, Council Member Tuohy acknowledged the original <br />inhabitants of this place, the sduhubš people, and their successors, the Tulalip <br />Tribes. <br /> <br />The minutes of the June 29, 2022, City Council meeting were approved as printed. <br /> <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />Mayor Franklin was excused. <br /> <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> <br />Council Executive Angela Ely stated Council received no written comment there <br />was one (1) member of the public who wished to speak: <br /> <br />• Julie Smith: Casino Road Public Safety Issues <br />COUNCIL <br /> <br />Comments and liaison reports were provided by council members. <br /> <br />Council Member Rhyne requested clarification from Administration on the <br />process for Council requests. <br />
