November 2, 2022 <br />1 <br /> <br />The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 p.m., <br />November 2, 2022, President Stonecipher presiding. <br /> <br />Upon roll call, it was found that Mayor Franklin, and Council Members Rhyne, <br />Vogeli, Zarlingo, Fosse, Schwab, and President Stonecipher were present. Vice <br />President Tuohy was excused. <br /> <br />Council Member Rhyne led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />On behalf of the City Council, Council Member Schwab acknowledged the original <br />inhabitants of this place, the sduhubš people, and their successors, the Tulalip <br />Tribes. <br /> <br />The minutes of the October 26, 2022, City Council meeting were approved as <br />printed. <br /> <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />Mayor Franklin had no comments. <br /> <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> <br />Council Executive Angela Ely stated Council received no written comment, and <br />there was (1) one member of the public who wished to speak: <br /> <br />• Mary Rollins – Redistricting Commission Concerns <br />City Attorney David Hall addressed the legal review of the materials given to City <br />Council at last week’s council meeting on October 26, 2022 by Paula Townsell <br />during public comment. <br /> <br />COUNCIL <br /> <br />Comments and liaison reports were provided by council members.
