AN OT:DINANCE amending Section 7- of Ordinance No. 2440 of the City of Everett , entitled as follows: "An Ordinance relating to and regulating the production, sale and distribution of milk and milk Products in the City of Everett ; providing for the inspection of all equipment used in handling the same and of all premises where the same is produced, prepared or sold; providing penalties for the violation thereof and repealing Ordinance No. 1642 and all ordinances and parts of ordinances in cInflict herewith, " and declaring an emergency. THE CIT`r OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That Section 7-1, of Ordinance No . 2440 of the City of Everett, entitled es above set forth, be , and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 7-A . It shall be unlawful for any person, 'irm, association or corporation to sell or offer for sale or have in his or its possession for the purpose of sale for human consumption within the City of Everett any raw or un- pasteurized nilk or cream on or after Six (6 ) months after the taking effect of this ordinance; Provided such milk end cream shall be pasteurized as herein provided in accordance with the usual and recognized methods end standards, and provided further that any such milk or cream shall be nsteuriz .d within the City of Everett or within a radius of Ten (10) miles of the limits of the City of Everett, said distance to be determined by the ordinary and usual roads end highways used bT° persons coming into Everett . If any portion of this section shall for any reason be determined to be not enforcible such determination shall not effect any other portion of this section.
