<br /> N O DINATTCE amending Ordinance No. 2513 of the City
<br /> of Everett , entitled as follows:
<br /> "tin Ordinance relatingto , nd providing for the
<br /> licensing and regulating of certain occupations, busi-
<br /> nesses, vocations, trades, callings, amusements, places
<br /> of amusement , exhibitions, entertainmEnts, animals,
<br /> motor vehicles, places < nd establishments, defining
<br /> offences, providing penalties ; providing for the revok -
<br /> tion und suspension of licenses; repealing Ordinances
<br /> No. 2196 , 853, 1301 , 1503, 1583, 1585, 1595, 1598, 1771,
<br /> 1851, 1932 , 1941, 1948, 1964, 2087 , 2182 , 2249, 2333,
<br /> 2370 , and 2038, End all other orlinences or parts of
<br /> ordinances in conflict herewith, '
<br /> by eddina thereto a section to be known es Section 106 , said
<br /> section 106 having been repealed by Ordinance ITo. 2679 of the
<br /> City of Everett , and declaring en emergency.

<br /> Section 1: That Ordinance No. 2513, entitled as
<br /> above set forth, be and the save is hereby amended by adding
<br /> thereto a section to be known as Section 106, which section
<br /> shall read es follor.s, (said section having been repealed by
<br /> Ordinance No. 2679 of the City of -.Everett):
<br /> Section 106: No person, association, co-partnership
<br /> or corporation operating or conducting a public dance shall
<br /> issue to any patron of such public dance any check, pass,
<br /> ticket, or other token authorizing such patron to leave the
<br /> public dance hall in which such dance is being conducted and
<br /> to return to sale without charge ; but a__y such pc tron who
<br /> leaves such public dance hall, shall upon his return thereto
<br /> be required by the person, essocietion, co-partnership , or
<br /> corporation operating or conducting such public dance , to
<br /> again pay the full admission charge."
<br /> Section 2: That an emergency exists and this
<br /> ordinance shall take effect upon its passage end publication.
