The Existing Main Floor Plan,pg.A 2.3,was designed at the same time as the Basement Floor Plan, <br /> pg.A 2.2,however most of the work was only done on the basement.The work done on the Main <br /> Floor in 2015 was demo of the laundry room and moving it to the basement,moving the stairs and <br /> front door,and building the closets over the old stairs.The rest of the Main Floor was untouched <br /> and new plans have been drawn for the New Main Floor,which are the plans being filed.The <br /> Master Bath,Guest Bath,Guest Bedroom, Kitchen and built ins flanking fireplace are being done <br /> this remodel. <br /> 2. No unpermitted work was done in the basement,all permits were filed and approved including <br /> final inspection.See Inspection Record provided. <br /> 3. We are keeping the Master Bath in our project and drawings now reflect that. <br /> 4. All engineering specs are on drawings,signed and sealed by licensed engineer. <br /> Architectural <br /> 1. All new Smoke/CO Alarms will tie into existing system in basement. Basement Floor Plan, pg. E 1.1, <br /> shows alarms on Electrical plan. <br /> 2. Construction Drawings for wall construction,including fasteners identified by Engineering. <br /> 3. Exterior wall detail. Insulation is: <br /> a. R49 blown-in insulation, <br /> b. R15 unfaced insulation 2 x 4 exterior walls, <br /> c. R38 spray foam insulation 2 x 6 sloped ceiling <br /> 4. New Guest Bedroom door is now shown on Demo Plan. <br /> A. Wall by old Guest Bedroom door shows demo and it stays. Corrected on drawings. <br /> B. Solid lines used to mark Existing Beams in Dining Room. Corrected on drawings. <br /> a. Existing Beams are 4"x 13"x 16'.Spaced 8 feet apart. <br /> 5. Shelving below Attic Access is removable and now noted on New Main Floor Plan,pg.6. 10 of <br /> drawings, Living Room-West Elevation. <br /> 6. Added Utility Closet for on-demand hot water system,accessible by Guest Bedroom. Pg.2&3 of <br /> drawings. Riannai Tankless water system specs provided.Stated on drawings. <br /> 7. Window and door specs provided to show compliance. <br /> 8. Window is to code see specs sheet and drawings for egress are noted on drawings. <br /> 9. Kitchen door and bathroom window specs provided to show compliance. <br /> 10. We have scratched skylights to the project to help with budget. New Main Floor Plan adjusted to <br /> reflect all skylights are eliminated.Pg.2 of Drawings <br /> Structural <br /> 1. Engineering was done by Erchin Sahin to demonstrate load paths,beams and headers,and wall <br /> construction with fasteners being specified. Roof framing plan is no longer needed with skylights <br /> being eliminated from project. <br /> 2. See Structural Calculations provided by engineer. <br />
