For further details please contact your project planner Niels Tygesen. • Submit for a Public Works permit for short plat improvements with Permit Services; • Submit for final short plat approval with Planning Department once Public Works permit is near final; • Submit hold harmless for current building permit application as land division project has not yet received final approval. The attached hold harmless template is generic and may be edited to better address this specific situation; • Site Plan does not meet minimum standards per our Design and Construction Standard drawings (see attached). The Planning Department's review of your building permit application will be on hold until the above items have been addressed.
