November 16, 2022 <br />3 <br /> <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />City Attorney David Hall had no updates. <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Zarlingo, seconded by Council Member Schwab, to <br />approve the following consent item: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 7833 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in <br />the amount of $4,173,576.58 for the period of October 29, 2022 through <br />November 4, 2022. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – ELECTRONIC CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 7834 authorizing electronic transfer claims against the <br />City of Everett in the amount of $9,067,014.65 for the period of September 1, <br />2022 through September 30, 2022. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – EVERETT TRANSIT HYBRID ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 7835 waiving public bidding requirements and <br />approving a sole source purchase of troubleshooting and repair services for <br />Everett Transit Hybrid Energy Storage Systems (EES) from Pacific Power Group <br />for approximately $650,000, including Washington State sales tax from 2022 <br />through 2023. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – INTEGRATED TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 7836 waiving public bidding requirements and <br />approving a sole source for replacing and upgrading Integrated Technology
