November 30, 2022 <br />3 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 7841 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in <br />the amount of $1,773,652.54 for the period of November 12, 2022, through <br />November 18, 2022. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – PAYROLL CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 7842 authorizing payroll claims against the City of <br />Everett in the amount of $4,519,268.87 for the period ending November 5, 2022. <br /> <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED – ALLIANT INSURANCE SERVICES <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Alliant Insurance <br />Services Agreement to extend the term of the agreement, update the <br />compensation for services, and change the provisions in Section 6 to allow the <br />City to make written request to change scope of services. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT AMENDED – BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 3 to the Vera Clinic Agreement <br />to add Behavioral Health Services. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT AMENDED - COOPERATION PROVISION OF SERVICE <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Interlocal Agreement <br />between Snohomish County Public Transportation Benefit Area Corporation <br />(Community Transit) and the City of Everett (Everett Transit) regarding the <br />cooperation provision of services. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – RECREATIONAL BOATING SAFETY GRANT <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents and agreements with <br />the Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission regarding the <br />acceptance and utilization of the FY23 Recreational Boating Safety (RBS) Federal <br />Financial Assistance Grant in the amount of $17,574.81.
