<br />REQUIRED THAT AN APPROPRIATELY SIZED OPENING OR CLEARANCE BE
<br />FURNISHED. CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE THE INSTALLATION OF ALL ITEMS
<br />WITH THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS PRIOR TO THE INSTALLATION OF
<br />STRUCTURAL, MECHANICAL, PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL WORK. ANY CONFLICT OR
<br />DISCREPANCY WITHIN CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE BROUGHT TO THE

<br />2. CONTRACTOR, ALONG WITH MECHANICAL CONTRACTOR, SHALL PROVIDE AND
<br />LOCATE ACCESS DOORS/PANELS IN WALL & CEILING CONSTRUCTION AS REQUIRED
<br />TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO MECHANICAL, FIRE SPRINKLER, PLUMBING & ELECTRICAL
<br />WORK. CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT A PLAN OF ALL PROPOSED ACCESS PANEL
<br />LOCATIONS TO ARCHITECT FOR APPROVAL PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
<br />3. ALL PENETRATIONS AT RATED CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE PROTECTED TO MAINTAIN
<br />RATING.
<br />4. WHERE OCCURS, CONTRACTOR SHALL PATCH ANY EXISTING WALLS AND/OR
<br />CEILINGS AS NEEDED TO REFURBISH THE LEASE SPACE AND REPAIR ALL
<br />DAMAGES CAUSED BY CONTRACTOR
<br />5, INTERIOR WALLS AND CEILINGS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE TO STATE &
<br />LOCAL CODES, INCLUDING REQUIREMENTS FOR FLAME SPREAD AND SMOKE
<br />DENSITY RATINGS FOR FINISH MATERIALS.
<br />6. WHEN USED, ALL NOISE BARRIER BATTS (SOUND INSULATION) AND INSULATION
<br />BATTS SHALL BE NON-COMBUSTIBLE AND SHALL NOT CONTAIN OR UTILIZE
<br />OZONE DEPLETING COMPOUNDS.
<br />7. ALL NET CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS SHALL BE 100% ASBESTOS -FREE.
