December 7, 2022 <br />4 <br /> <br />GRANT – OFFICER WELLNESS PROGRAM <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents and agreement with the <br />Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission regarding the <br />acceptance and utilization of the Officer Wellness Program Grant in the amount <br />of $152,000. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT AMENDED – CATHODIC PROTECTION AND COATING <br />EVALUATION SERVICES <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services <br />Agreement with Northwest Corrosion Engineering for Cathodic Protection and <br />Coating Evaluation Services. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT AMENDED – DIKING IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 5 <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 3 to the Professional Services <br />Agreement with Otak, Inc., for Diking Improvement District No. 5, dike repair <br />design services to extend the contract completion date. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT AMENDED – POST-EARTHQUAKE BUILDING EVALUATION <br />TRAINING <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services <br />Agreement with Reid Middleton, inc., for post-Earthquake Building Evaluation <br />Training. <br /> <br />GRANT – URBAN AREA SECURITY INITIATIVE (UASI) <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents and agreement with the <br />Seattle Police Department regarding the acceptance and utilization of the Urban <br />Area Security Initiative (UASI) FFY21 Grant in the amount of $106,700 in <br />equipment. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes.
