In addition to the fuel price
per gallon, the District will pay an administrative and Fuel Infrastructure Maintenance
fees per gallon equal to the amount the Motor Vehicles Division charges City
departments, plus seven cents.
Project summary statement: This Interlocal Agreement will formalize the Everett
School District's use of the fueling station at the Service Center. The City purchases fuel
in bulk through a competitively bid contract directly from a distributor. Allowing the
District to fuel its vehicles at the City's fueling station promotes efficient and cost-
effective operations. The City is fully reimbursed for all costs, including an
administrative fee and Fueling Infrastructure Maintenance fee.
Recommendation (exact action requested of Council):
Authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal Agreement with the Everett School District for use of
the fuel station at the Service Center.
