The first permit(B1907-004) for this project was a demolition permit issued for the <br /> SOG demolition and excavation submitted to you by Matthew Leon. <br /> Here are the anticipated permit applications packages: <br /> 1, 40-58 Spar Paint DEMOLITION Package - Issued B1907-004 <br /> 2. 40-58 Spar Paint FOUNDATION Package - Under this cover <br /> 3, 40-58 Spar Paint SUPPORT SPACE & NORTH WALL Package - Forthcoming (F&AM) <br /> 4. 40-58 Spar PAINT BOOTH STRUCTURE - Forthcoming (BCA Equipment Engineering) <br /> This permit package represents the FOUNDATION AND UDERGROUND statement of work <br /> associated with BOTH the Spar Paint Booth (BCA Equipment) and the Support Space <br /> Rooms (F&AM Support Structure). <br /> Permit application includes: <br /> • New concrete foundations and sump for Booth Structure <br /> • Underground plumbing for eyewash and showers & drains <br /> • Grounding cast into foundation <br /> • Structural steel & Grating over the sump area <br /> NOTE: <br /> • Booth Structural Steel and robot columns not included under this permit package, to <br /> be submitted under separate permit application for Spar Paint Booth) <br /> • Demo of existing SOG and excavation under separate issued permit <br />
