October 19, 2022 <br />1 <br /> <br />The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 p.m., <br />October 19, 2022, President Stonecipher presiding. <br /> <br />Upon roll call, it was found that Mayor Franklin, and Council Members Tuohy, <br />Rhyne, Vogeli, Zarlingo, Fosse, Schwab, and President Stonecipher were present. <br /> <br />Council Member Schwab led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />On behalf of the City Council, Council Member Rhyne acknowledged the original <br />inhabitants of this place, the sduhubš people, and their successors, the Tulalip <br />Tribes. <br /> <br />The minutes of the October 12, 2022, City Council meeting were approved as <br />printed. <br /> <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />Mayor Franklin had no comments. <br /> <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> <br />Council Executive Angela Ely stated Council received one written comment, and <br />there was (11) eleven members of the public who wished to speak: <br /> <br />• Trevor Gjendem – Providence Hospital Staffing <br />• Megan Dunn – Districting Process Concerns <br />• Catherine Deldin – Providence Hospital Staffing <br />• Heidi DeBauge – Providence Hospital Staffing <br />• Dana Robison – Providence Hospital Staffing <br />• Rhonda Shively – Providence Hospital Staffing <br />• Kelli Johnson – Providence Hospital Staffing <br />• Steve Oss – Transit Merger <br />• Paula Townsell – Districting Process Concerns
