GA 0114-22 2 Provide Agencies a copy of any draft report(s) prepared by the researchers for review and comment. Agencies will be provided no less than 15 days to submit feedback to Sound Transit on any draft report(s). At a minimum these reports will contain: 1) Report showing demographic information. 2) Exposure level 3) Types of exposure 4) A narrative describing of best practices to mitigate Provide Agencies a copy of the final report and any guidance documents it receives from the researchers at least 14 days prior to any public release of the report or guidance documents. TERM This Agreement will remain in effect for 12 months from the effective date, unless this Agreement is extended by mutual written agreement of the Parties or superseded by a future written agreement of the Parties. PAYMENT PROCESS Upon execution of this Agreement, each Agency will issue a check to Sound Transit within thirty (30) calendar days in the amount of their commitment. If, during the term of this Agreement, the project is terminated for any reason, all unused portions of funds will be returned to the perspective Agency. LEGAL PROVISIONS No liability shall attach to the, Agencies or Sound Transit by reason of entering into this agreement except as expressly provided herein. Each party to the Agreement warrants that they have the authority to enter into this Agreement. Each Party further warrants that it has the legal authority to perform all obligations outlined in this Agreement.
