PRIMARY CORE CAPABILITIES BEING ADDRESSED <br />Mass Search and Rescue Operations <br />Fire Management and Suppression <br />WHY IS THE WORK NEEDED? <br />Capability gap identified <br />1) 3,000 structural collapse rescue/search technicians are required to respond to large-scale terrorism <br />incidents in the region.
