It is estimated that the City will spend approximately <br />$500,000 annually with TD SYNNEX or TD SYNNEX authorized dealers. <br />Project summary statement: <br />TD SYNNEX is an Information Technology value-added reseller that offers a <br />comprehensive range of industry -leading IT products and business services to <br />customers. TD SYNNEX is certified to distribute hardware and software used frequently <br />by the city, such as HP, Inc. Microsoft, and Cisco Systems. These products are available <br />to purchase from TD SYNNEX or TD SYNNEX authorized dealers through the National <br />Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (NCPA) competitively bid contract #01-97/COE #2022- <br />112. <br />A review of the upcoming transactions indicates that the City's aggregate spend will <br />exceed $250,000. The City Procurement Policy requires Council authorization for <br />aggregate spending greater than $250,000. <br />The City has an interlocal agreement with NCPA that allows for purchases from its <br />competitively awarded contracts in lieu of soliciting bids on our own. <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Award and authorize approximately $500,000 annually in purchases from TD SYNNEX or <br />TD SYNNEX authorized dealers through NCPA #01-97/COE #2022-112 for IT hardware <br />and software. <br />
