ORDINANCE NO. <br />0 <br />EVERETT <br />WASH I NGTON <br />An ordinance closing a special improvement project entitled "Forterra Restoration Plan," Fund 354, <br />Program 068, for the continued implementation of a restoration plan for several publicly owned urban <br />forested areas with the City of Everett, as established by Ordinance 3787-20. <br />WHEREAS, <br />A. The parks improvement project entitled "Forterra Restoration Plan," Fund 354, Program 068, was <br />established for the continued implementation of a restoration plan for several publicly owned <br />forested areas within the City of Everett. <br />B. The purpose of the special improvement project has been accomplished. <br />C. There are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected revenues to be <br />received. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br />Section 1. That the project entitled "Forterra Restoration Plan", Fund 354, Program 068, be closed. <br />Section 2. That the final expenses and revenues for the "Forterra Restoration Plan", Fund 354, <br />Program 068, are as follows: <br />A. Expenses <br />Transfers Out <br />Forestry Services <br />B. Revenues <br />Fund 354 — CIP3 <br />Total Revenues <br />Section 3. That there are no financial transactions remaining. <br />necessary to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. <br />$ 57,460.49 <br />$ 58,000 <br />$ 539.51 <br />$ 539.51 <br />$ 539.51 <br />Total Costs <br />
