The original amount of the PSA was <br />$27,400. The amount of Amendment No.1 to the PSA is increased by $42,300 to include <br />additional design and engineering cost for Police Headquarters and Police Firing Range. <br />The total revised amount to the PSA is $69,700. <br />Project summary statement <br />Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with 2812 Architecture <br />modifies the scope of service to include multiple police facility locations, extend the <br />time of completion, the total compensation, and scope of services. <br />The scope of services will provide the original South Precinct Locker Room <br />improvements. The amended scope of services includes additional architectural and <br />engineering design for upgrades to office/conference spaces and exterior awning <br />replacement at Police Headquarters. It also includes roof replacement at the Police <br />Firing Range. <br />The anticipated completion of the design and construction bid documents is March 31, <br />2023. Staff will return to council for authorization to call for bids. <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No.1 to professional service agreement with <br />2812 Architecture to provide architectural services for the Everett police facilities <br />upgrades. <br />
