If you have any questions regarding the <br /> comments/redlines or need anything further, please directly contact this project's Public Works plans <br /> reviewer,Thad Newport, at TNewport@everettwa.gov (or 425-257-8814), or the other reviewers listed <br /> depending on the scope of the question. Please note that these comments are compiled from Public Works <br /> reviewers for the Public Works (civil) plans only. The applicant team may receive a separate comment letter <br /> from the Building Reviewer and/or the Planning Reviewer for architectural, landscape, or other types of <br /> drawings. <br /> 1. Please resubmit the following items to the Permit Services Counter with your resubmittal once all <br /> requested revisions have been made: <br /> a. Transmittal Sheet: (1) available at the Permit Counter <br /> b. Plans: (2)full size sets of revised plans, plus original City Markups. <br /> c. Drainage Report: (2) copies of revised report. <br /> The Permit Counter is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am-12:OOpm and from 1:OOpm-4:OOpm (closed <br /> between 12:OOpm-1:OOpm for lunch). <br /> 2. Please see all redlines on the attached plans for required corrections in addition to all comments listed <br /> below. Frequently, redlines will be stand-alone and will not have an associated item in this corrections <br /> letter. Likewise, comments below may not have associated redlines. Please indicate to the City that all <br /> redlines have been adequately addressed by providing checkmarks or notes next to the City's redlines to <br /> indicate that it has been picked up or to answer a reviewer's question. A comment response letter can <br /> also be included with your resubmittal to address the comments below(handwritten remarks under each <br /> comment on this letter are perfectly acceptable).The below listed sheets have redlines. <br /> i.
