This letter addresses comments from you and Erik <br /> Emerson received in a comment letter dated October 1, 2019. This response letter has been <br /> laid out to match the format of the comment letter for your convenience. <br /> 1. Noted. <br /> 2. Noted. <br /> 3. <br /> a. An Operations and Maintenance manual has been created and is included in a <br /> separate document as part of this ',submittal package. The required language has <br /> been added to the drainage report. <br /> b. Noted. <br /> c. A new infiltration trench configuration has been designed to minimize the width of the <br /> trenches to the maximum extent feasible with the space available on the property. All <br /> trenches are six feet wide and parallel trenches are set at least six feet apart. <br /> d. The correct flow chart has been added to the revised drainage report. <br /> e. The City's standard permeable pw"ernent detail has been removed from the plans <br /> and a `permeable paver section/detail' has been added. <br /> f.
