CONSTRUCTION STORMWATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN Job Number 18,831 111 Section 1 — Project Description This report has been prepared for the proposed stormwater improvements on Snohomish County Parcel no. 29052100201000 (13.18 acres) in Everett, WA. Per the requirements of the City of Everett, this report has been prepared in accordance with the standards of the January 2020 City of Everett Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development (Everett Standards) and the 2019 Stormwater Management Manual for Western Washington (DOE Manual). Proposed site improvements include truck scales,a scale house,a wheel wash,asphalt paving,landscaping,sanitary sewer service,domestic water service, and power service. Proposed onsite stormwater improvements include new catch basins, conveyance piping, two oil/water separators, one cartridge-based stormwater quality device (Stormfilter),one wet pond, and one sparging unit. See Table 1 for a summary of proposed surface type acreages.
