<br />CONSTRUCTION WORK WITHIN THE DEVELOPMENT THAT WILL AGGRAVATE THE SITUATION
<br />MUST CEASE AND THE CONTRACTOR SHALL IMMEDIATELY COMMENCE RESTORATION OR
<br />MITIGATION METHODS. RESTORATION ACTIVITY WILL CONTINUE UNTIL SUCH TIME AS THE
<br />PROBLEM IS RECTIFIED.

<br />TO THE LIMITS AS ESTABLISHED ON THIS PLAN AND AS MARKED IN THE FIELD.
<br />7. ALL WORK ASSOCIATED WITH STABILIZING THE DISTURBED AREAS SHALL BE IN
<br />ACCORDANCE WITH CURRENT CITY OF EVERETT STANDARDS.
<br />8. ALL NECESSARY FACILITIES SHALL BE MAINTAINED ON -SITE TO PREVENT DEBRIS, DUST
<br />AND MUD FROM ACCUMULATING ON BOEING STREETS AND THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY.
<br />9. THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING EROSION CONTROL MEASURES
<br />FUNCTIONING, AFTER EACH DAY OF RAINFALL, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL INSPECT THE
<br />EROSION CONTROL FACILITIES FOR DAMAGE. IF DAMAGE HAS OCCURRED TO ANY OF THE
<br />FACILITIES, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL IMMEDIATELY MAKE ANY NECESSARY REPAIRS IN
<br />CONFORMANCE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS.
<br />10. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLY WITH ALL REQUIREMENTS OF THE SITE'S CONSTRUCTION
