I'm not sure what to put for category 2
and 3.
Category 2 about roofs does not seem applicable to my project because I am not changing anything with
the roof it will be draining into the downspouts leading to the street drain. The pavers will have a French
drain leading to the downspout drain as some on the site plan.
Thanks!
Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android
On Tue, Aug 16, 2022 at 2:34 PM, Eli Warner
<ewarner9gyahoo.com> wrote:
Thanks Thad. I have copied them on
this email to weigh in.
The driveway can be a maximum of 30-feet wide within the first 20-feet of your property. It looks like
your proposed paver work exceeds that max. width based on the scales shown. Yes, the driveway apron
could be included in this PW permit and just needs to be shown on the scope of work.
Public Works would still need the Small Project Stormwater Site Plan/Report filled out since this exceeds
2,000 SF of new/replaced hard surface area. The site plan should also show the location of the proposed
catch basin, the catch basin you are connecting to in the street and the type of pipe being used.
