<br />1. WORK SHALL CONFORM TO ALL APPLICABLE CODES AND REGULATIONS.

<br />CONDITIONS BEFORE STARTING WORK. WHERE EXISTING CONDITIONS FOUND DIFFER FROM THAT REPRESENTED ON
<br />CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, NOTIFY ARCHITECT IN A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR CLARIFICATION. DO NOT PERFORM AFFECTED

<br />9. THE ARCHITECT AND ENGINEER SHALL HAVE ACCESS TO THE WORK AT ALL TIMES FOR THE PURPOSE OF OBSERVING

<br />10. CONTRACTOR SHALL INSTALL ALL TEMPORARY BRACING AND SHORING TO INSURE THE SAFETY OF THE WORK UNTIL IT IS
<br />IN ITS COMPLETED FORM.
<br />11, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL REPAIR AND/OR REPAINT ALL AREAS DAMAGED BY DEMOLITION OR CONSTRUCTION AND SHALL
<br />FINISH TO MATCH ADJOINING SURFACES,
<br />12. A COMPLETE SET OF PRINTS WILL BE PROVIDED AND SHALL BE MAINTAINED IN GOOD ORDER AT THE SITE, ALL
<br />DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE LOCATIONS OR ARRANGEMENTS INDICATED ON THESE DRAWINGS AND THOSE OF THE
<br />ACTUAL INSTALLATION SHALL BE RECORDED IN RED PEN ON THE DRAWINGS SET. AT THE END OF THE PROJECT AND
<br />PRIOR TO FINAL PAYMENT, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SIGN AND DATE EACH "FINAL RECORD" DRAWING AS BEING A
<br />CORRECT AND ACCURATE REPRESENTATION OF THE WORK, AND SHALL SUBMIT THE COMPLETE PACKAGE TO THE
<br />OWNER,
<br />13. CONTRACTOR SHALL MAINTAIN AREAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION CLEAR OF DIRT AND DEBRIS, AND SHALL STORE
<br />CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS IN SUITABLE AREAS ACCEPTABLE TO OWNER.
<br />14. CONTRACTOR SHALL PREPARE (I.E. BUNDLE, STRAP, PALLETIZE) ALL MATERIALS FOR SALVAGE AND REUSE AND SHALL
<br />MOVE TO OWNER APPROVED LOCATION.
<br />15. FRAME OPENINGS IN STUD WALLS: ALLOW NO MORE THAN 2' ANNULAR GAP AND FILL WITH SUITABLE SEALANT UNLESS
<br />SPECIFICALLY PROHIBITED BY REGULATORY LISTING OF THE PENETRATING ITEM. SLAB OPENINGS: ENSURE THAT SLAB
<br />OPENINGS REMAINING AFTER INSTALLATION OF DUCTS, PIPING, AND CONDUITS HAVE BEEN FILLED TO THE THICKNESS OF
<br />THE SLAB PENETRATED WITH MATERIAL NECESSARY TO RETAIN THE FIRE RATING OF THE FLOOR. TOP OF FIRE WALLS;
<br />SHALL BE FIRE STOPPED BETWEEN THE TOP OF THE PARTITION AND ADJACENT STRUCTURE ABOVE. FIRE STOP SHALL
<br />MAINTAIN THE RATING OF THE FIRE -RATED PARTITION.
