WHAT I HEARD FROM COUNCIL MEMBERS <br />15 <br />The time to enact guides for <br />communication are when there are not <br />current challenges of situations of conflict. <br />Timing is important <br />This work has been on agendas and had <br />support of the Mayor in the past and not <br />been accomplished to date <br />Collaborative frameworks have <br />been started in the past. <br />We should not make personal attacks or <br />innuendos at council meetings <br />Shared Understanding Matters <br />Set expectations, not ground rules <br />A simple cordial Framework <br />How can we disagree agreeably? <br />No one wants to make it <br />personal <br />We need space to work on <br />Procedures <br />Many procedures that need set aside space to <br />address. It needs to happen and be allowed. <br />Need to communicate honestly, don’t need to <br />be censored or have their light diminished. <br />Past council members have not been told to <br />behave themselves. <br />Not supportive of Code of Conduct
