Floor elev.) ± 0.01 foot ± 0.10 foot <br /> As-built gas lines, power, TV, Tel, Com ± 0.10 foot ± 0.10 foot <br /> As-built signs, signals, etc. N/A ± 0.10 foot <br /> III 3 <br /> 4 Making Entries on the Record Drawings: <br /> 5 <br /> I 6 • Use erasable colored pencil (not ink) for all markings on the Record Drawings, <br /> 7 conforming to the following color code: <br /> 8 • Additions - Red <br /> I 9 • Deletions - Green <br /> 10 • <br /> Comments - Blue <br /> 11 • Dimensions- Graphite <br /> I 12 • Provide the applicable reference for all entries, such as the change order number, <br /> 13 the request for information (RFI) number, or the approved shop drawing number. <br /> 14 • Date all entries. <br /> ii <br /> 15 • Clearly identify all items in the entry with notes similar to those in the Contract <br /> 16 Drawings (such as pipe symbols, centerline elevations, materials, pipe joint <br /> 17 abbreviations, etc.). <br /> I 18 <br /> 19 The Contractor shall certify on the Record Drawings that said drawings are an accurate <br /> 20 depiction of built conditions, and in conformance with the requirements detailed above. <br /> 21 The Contractor shall submit final Record Drawings to the Contracting Agency. <br /> I22 Contracting Agency acceptance of the Record Drawings is one of the requirements for <br /> 23 achieving Physical Completion. <br /> 24 <br /> I 25 Payment will be made for the following bid item: <br /> 26 <br /> Record Drawings Lump Sum <br /> I (Minimum Bid $ 5,000) <br /> 27 <br /> 28 Payment for this item will be made on a prorated monthly basis for work completed in <br /> I 29 accordance with this section up to 75% of the lump sum bid. The final 25% of the lump <br /> 30 sum item will be paid upon submittal and approval of the completed Record Drawings set <br /> 31 prepared in conformance with these Special Provisions. <br /> I 32 <br /> 33 A minimum bid amount has been entered in the Bid Proposal for this item.
