One permit can cover both the Parks area and the street crossing. Here's the drill: 1. Fill out attached permit application. 2.Attach to the permit 4 copies of the plan sheets related to the area of construction (e.g. Drawing No. C-2). 3. Submit to Kirk Brooks (email above, phone:425-257-8814) at permit counter on second floor of our building @3200 Cedar St.
