Washington State Parks & Recreation Comzziission <br />Overview of Agency Eligibility Requirements and <br />Qualifications <br />Only counties or local public agencies having j <br />possessing the authority to enforce the Revised Code of Washington and the Washin <br />Code are eligible to apply to receive vessel registration fees. Participating agencies must: <br />A <br />nts <br />1. Sign an annual agreement with State P <br />2. Designate a "Marine Lead": A single point of contact that oversees the day-to-day program <br />operations, commits to attend the annual marine law enforcement conference, and responds to <br />surveys sent by State Parks. <br />3.
