<br /> 19 <br /> <br />ARTICLE 14 – CALL BACK PAY <br /> <br />Bargaining unit employees are subject to being called back to work for an emergency. Employees called <br />back for emergencies shall be paid in accordance with Article 13 for a minimum of three (3) hours plus <br />actual hours worked excluding travel time. <br /> <br />For the purposes of this Article only, the word “emergency” shall be defined to mean those incidents <br />which arise without advance notice which endanger life and property where supplemental off-duty <br />personnel are required by the employer. <br /> <br />
