, 7 <br /> and other supporting equipment and structures (the "Communications Facilities"), as identified on <br /> the Equipment and Structures List, attached to this Lease as Exhibit B, together with the right of <br /> ingress to and egress from the Site for the foregoing purposes, consistent with the Site Standards, <br /> Conditions and Interference Mitigation Requirements (attached to this Lease as Exhibit D). Lessee <br /> shall not use the Site for any other purpose without the prior written consent of Lessor. <br /> B. Lessor gives to SERS the right to use any common areas designated by Lessor, <br /> provided that SERS, at all times, conforms to the Site Standards, Conditions and Interference <br /> Mitigation Requirements, attached to this Lease as Exhibit D, pertaining to such common areas. <br /> Lessor shall retain exclusive control and management of all common areas. <br /> C. At all times, SERS shall exercise its rights under this Lease so as not to interfere <br /> with, disrupt,obstruct or endanger the Lessor's existing or future operations or facilities at the Site. <br /> D. Lessor reserves the right to use the Premises for itself and/or other users provided <br /> that such use does not interfere with the rights granted to Lessee in this Lease. <br /> E. Lessee acknowledges that this Lease does not confer an exclusive lease to the <br /> Premises. <br /> F. Lessor retains the right, but not the duty, to inspect the Premises at any time to <br /> confirm that the Lessee is in compliance with the terms and conditions of the Lease. <br /> 5. General Terms and Conditions: Attached hereto as Exhibit C and incorporated <br /> herein by reference are the General Terms and Conditions. The General Terms and Conditions <br /> shall constitute terms of this Lease in addition to those stated herein. In the event of a conflict or <br /> inconsistency between the terms of this Lease herein and the General Terms and Conditions, the <br /> terms of this Lease, as included herein, shall control. <br /> 6. Entire Agreement-Amendments: This Lease,together with the attached General <br /> Terms and Conditions and any and all exhibits attached hereto, shall constitute the whole <br /> agreement between the parties. There are no terms, obligations, covenants or conditions other than <br /> those contained herein. No modification or amendment of this Lease shall be valid or effective <br /> unless evidenced by an agreement in writing signed by both parties. <br /> 7.
