Phase 3: SIP Trunk - Turnup <br />CompuNet will work with Client IT team and their SIP provider to turnup a new SIP trunk on both SBCs. <br />Phase 4: SIP Trunk - Migration <br />CompuNet will be available to support the migration efforts to the new SIP trunks as needed. <br />Customer Prerequisites <br />General Customer Responsibilities <br />•Software licensing not specifically provided by CompuNet <br />•Hardware or virtual machine deployment not specifically provided by CompuNet <br />•SSL certificates <br />•DNS records <br />•Provide CompuNet Engineer with remote access and admin privileges or an IT contact with <br />administrative access to perform screenshare <br />•Coordinating with any 3rd party entities <br />Additional Assumptions & Exclusions <br />Engagement Location <br />All project work by CompuNet will be performed remotely. <br />Security Policy and Procedures <br />CompuNet strives to recommend and deploy practices that meet today’s security standards. It is <br />ultimately the responsibility of Customer to validate that security controls configured during this project <br />adhere to their own policies and procedures. <br />3rd Party Devices <br />CompuNet is not responsible for the configuration, or stability of any 3rd party appliances, applications, <br />or services that are pre-existing, or were not specifically identified as a responsibility of CompuNet in the <br />scope of this project. <br />City of Everett <br />AudioCodes Configuration
