15 <br />termination or expiration or (b) under the following sections which shall survive <br />termination and expiration: Sections 4.5, 5, 7.2, 7.3, 8, 10, 17, 18, 19, 20, and this Section <br />21. Sections 4, 7, and 8 (but only to the extent Section 8 corresponds to Sections of the <br />Agreement which survive) of the License and Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 (but only to the <br />extent Section 7 corresponds to Sections of the Agreement which survive) of the Lease <br />shall survive any expiration or termination of this Agreement, the License or the Lease. <br />22. INTERPRETATION/SEVERABILITY. This Agreement is intended to be fully <br />consistent with RCW 46.63.170 regarding automated traffic safety cameras and other state <br />laws as may be amended. In the event that any ambiguity in this Agreement exists, such <br />ambiguity will always be interpreted so that this Agreement will be consistent with state <br />law. The parties further acknowledge RCW 46.63.170 is often amended by the <br />Washington State Legislature. If any provision of this Agreement is or becomes <br />inconsistent with state law at any time, the parties will meet and confer to negotiate an <br />amendment to this Agreement that removes the inconsistency. If such negotiation fails, <br />then either Party may terminate this Agreement effective upon 30 days prior written notice <br />to the other Party. <br /> <br />Each party acknowledges that it has read this Agreement and understands the terms and <br />conditions herein.
