A-1 <br />EXHIBIT A <br />SERVICES <br /> <br />NG shall provide the Customer with the Systems. In connection with furnishing the Systems, <br />NG shall provide the following, each of which is more fully described below: <br /> <br />1. SITE INSTALLATION PLANNING; DESIGN AND EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION <br />2. TRAINING AND SUPPORT <br />3. CITATION PREPARATION AND PROCESSING SERVICES <br />4. MAINTENANCE <br />5. PUBLIC EDUCATION CAMPAIGN <br />6. EXPERT WITNESS TESTIMONY AND COURT TRAINING <br />7. REPORTING <br /> <br />1. SITE INSTALLATION PLANNING, DESIGN AND EQUIPMENT <br />INSTALLATION <br />1.1. The Systems. <br />1.1.1. NG will initially install eleven (11) Systems (which shall remain property <br />of NG), monitoring such locations as the Customer and NG shall mutually <br />agree. Up to ten (10) additional Systems may be added at the option of the <br />Customer with NG’s consent. None of the quantities mentioned under this <br />paragraph shall be interpreted as mandatory quantities. The actual quantities <br />to be installed can only be approved by the City. The installation of any <br />system will require the written approval of the City Traffic Engineer or <br />designee. Each System shall comprise equipment capable of monitoring <br />violations at a single approach to an intersection for up to five lanes of <br />traffic. NG will install new Systems upon mutual agreement of the Parties. <br />School zone fixed speed enforcement systems will conduct enforcement <br />while beacon systems are in an activated state within the identified school <br />zone. NG will ensure School zone fixed speed enforcement systems are <br />integrated with Customer’s Public Works school zone flashing beacons. <br />1.1.2. Automated traffic safety cameras may only take pictures of the vehicle and <br />vehicle license plate. The image must not display the face of the driver or <br />of passengers in accordance with RCW 46.63.170. <br />1.1.3. The Systems shall include all equipment located at each intersection, <br />telecommunications equipment, and Software and shall have the capability <br />of transferring images from the roadside in accordance with RCW <br />46.63.170 to be accessed at the Customer's processing facility.
