9 <br />8.6. The Customer shall be named as additional insured on the comprehensive general <br />liability policies provided by NG under this Agreement. NG shall require any <br />subcontractors doing work under this Agreement to provide and maintain the same <br />insurance, which insurance shall also name the Customer and its officers, <br />employees, and authorized volunteers as additional insured. <br />8.7. Certificates showing NG is carrying the above-described insurance and <br />endorsements evidencing the additional insured status specified above shall be <br />furnished to the Customer within thirty (30) calendar days after the date on which <br />this Agreement is made. Such certificates shall show that the Customer shall be <br />notified of all cancellations of such insurance policies. NG shall forthwith obtain <br />substitute insurance in the event of a cancellation. <br />8.8. All insurance required by express provision of this Agreement shall be carried only <br />in responsible insurance companies licensed to do business in the State of <br />Washington reasonably acceptable to Customer and shall name as additional <br />insured the Customer. NG will furnish the Customer with Certificates of Insurance <br />and applicable endorsements for all such policies promptly upon receipt of them. <br />NG may effect for its own account insurance not required under this Agreement. <br />9. CHANGE ORDERS OR ADDITIONAL SERVICES. Changes to Services and <br />additional Systems may be added to this Agreement by mutual consent of the Parties in <br />writing as an addendum to this Agreement. The Customer and NG agree that should state <br />legislation or local ordinance be enacted to enable new photo enforcement solutions within <br />the Customer’s jurisdiction, the Customer shall have the option to negotiate services and <br />fees and issue a change order to cover such services. <br />9.1. The Customer will appoint a project manager, who will have oversight of the <br />installation and implementation of the NG systems. The project manager has the <br />authority to make daily operational management decisions. Only the Mayor of the <br />City of Everett has the authority to authorize additional Systems exceeding the <br />original Agreement, change orders, request additional services, and extensions. <br />10. CONFIDENTIAL AND PROPRIETARY INFORMATION; PUBLIC RECORDS <br />LAW COMPLIANCE. <br />10.1. The Parties agree that they shall comply with the public records disclosure <br />provisions of the Revised Code of Washington, Chapter 42.56, Public Records Act <br />and RCW 46.63.170. <br />10.2.
