Source of Funds <br /> Fund 401 – Water/Sewer Utility Fund $195,420 <br /> CIP 1 $130,280 <br /> Total $325,700 <br /> <br />C. The appropriation shall not lapse, but shall be carried forward from year to year until fully <br />expended or the purpose has been accomplished or abandoned without the necessity of re-appropriation. <br /> <br />Be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />The sum of $4,000,000 is hereby appropriated to Fund 336, Program 015 “Everett Municipal Building – <br />Public Works Tenant Improvement Project. <br /> <br />A. Use of Funds <br /> Schematic Design $ 325,700 <br />Design $2,924,300 <br /> GC/CM Preconstruction Services $ 500,000 <br /> GC/CM Owner Advisor Services Phase II $ 250,000 <br /> Total $4,000,000 <br /> <br />B. Source of Funds <br /> Fund 401 – Water/Sewer Utility Fund $2,400,000 <br /> CIP 1 $1,600,000 <br /> Total $4,000,000 <br /> <br />C. The appropriation shall not lapse, but shall be carried forward from year to year until fully <br /> expended or the purpose has been accomplished or abandoned without the necessity of re- <br /> appropriation. <br /> <br />Section 3: Authorization is hereby granted to the Parks and Facilities Director under the administration <br />of the Mayor, to assume full responsibility for conducting all tasks and performing all necessary steps to <br />accomplish the actions authorized by this Ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 4. The City Clerk and the codifiers of this Ordinance are authorized to make necessary <br />corrections to this Ordinance including, but not limited to, the correction of scrivener’s/clerical errors, <br />references, ordinance numbering, section/subsection numbers, and any internal references. <br /> <br />Section 5. The City Council hereby declares that should any section, paragraph, sentence, clause or <br />phrase of this ordinance be declared invalid for any reason, it is the intent of the City Council that it <br />would have passed all portions of this ordinance independent of the elimination of any such portion as
