111 <br /> PROJECT OVERVIEW <br /> EXISTING IMPROVEMENTS <br /> The project is located at 220 Olympic Boulevard in Everett, Washington. The site is <br /> approximately 2.26 acres and is currently occupied by a multi-tenant commercial retail building, <br /> produce stand, espresso stand, and associated parking lot. The existing building will be <br /> demolished as part of this redevelopment. <br /> PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS <br /> The proposed development consists of a new two-story+/-29,066 sf outpatient medical clinic, a <br /> reconfigured surface parking lot, landscaping improvements, underground utilities, and associated <br /> right-of-way improvements.The total area of disturbance is 2.42 acres, including the right-of-way <br /> improvement areas. <br /> DESIGN CRITERIA <br /> The stormwater management facilities have been designed to meet the 2019 Department of <br /> Ecology Stormwater Management Manual for Western Washington ("2019 Manual") as <br /> referenced by the City of Everett Stormwater Management Manual and City of Everett Design <br /> 111 and Construction Standards and Specifications.
