The source of funds is Fund 342, Program 032 (CIP-1) and Fund 146. The <br />engineer's estimate is $325,000. <br />Project summary statement: <br />The scope of work includes renovations to the South Precinct Locker Room, <br />reconfiguration of office/conference spaces and exterior awning replacement at Police <br />Headquarters and roof replacement at the Police Firing Range. <br />After bids are received, staff will return to authorize contract award. <br />The anticipated completion of construction will be December 31, 2023. <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Authorize the Call for Bids for the Police Facilities Upgrades Project. <br />
