Contract Sum: The price in dollars stated in the Contract to be paid by the Owner to the Contractor for 111 the Work described in the Contract Documents, as modified by any Change Orders. Contract Time: The duration of the Project as stated in the Contract and as modified by any Change Orders. Contractor: The individual or entity with whom Owner has entered into the Agreement. Extended Overhead: The increase in Overhead costs attributable to an extension of Contract Time. Float: The amount of time between the early start date and the late start date, or the early finish date and the late finish date of any activity in the project schedule. I Force Account: Costs of performing Work as defined in 9.6. FORCE ACCOUNT.
