City of Everett 00 7343 - 1 <br /> I <br /> 2023 Biosolid Removal UT 3808 - 2 <br /> SECTION 00 7343 - WAGE RATE REQUIREMENTS <br /> 1.1 SPECIFICATION REFERENCE <br /> I A. Section 00 7200 — GENERAL CONDITIONS, Part 7.1 "Wages of Employees". <br /> g <br /> I1.2 WORK LOCATION <br /> IA. All work will be performed within Snohomish County, WA. <br /> I1.3 PREVAILING WAGE REQUIREMENTS <br /> A. Contractor agrees to comply with all state and federal laws relating to the <br /> I employment of labor and wage rates to be paid. The hourly wages to be paid to <br /> laborers, workers, or mechanics shall be not less than the prevailing rate of wage <br /> for an hour's work in the same trade or occupation in Snohomish County. <br /> I1. Washington State Prevailing Wage Rates for Snohomish County, effective <br /> 9/1/2021; Benefit Code Key, effective 9/1/2021 are, by reference, made a <br /> I part of this Contract. <br /> 2. Prevailing wage rates can be accessed at the following URL: <br /> http://www.lni.wa.gov/TradesLicensing/PrevWage/WageRates/default.asp <br /> I 3. Printed copies of the current prevailing wage forms are available upon <br /> request. <br /> I B. In the preparation of its Bid, based on these Specifications, the Bidder is solely <br /> responsible to: <br /> II. Use the schedule in effect at the time of the Bid Opening Date and time. <br /> 2. Determine the appropriate labor classification(s). <br /> 3. Utilize the appropriate and correct prevailing wage and benefit rate(s). <br /> 1 C. No payment will be made on this Contract until the Contractor and each <br /> Subcontractor has submitted a "Statement of Intent to Pay Prevailing Wages", <br /> I <br /> form F700-029-000, which has been approved by the industrial statistician of the <br /> Department of Labor and Industries. <br /> ID.
