ORDINAfCE No. 3021. AN OFDINANCE providing for the improvement of 46th Street uetween Alger t`-.venue and College Avenue in College Hill Addition to vver-ett, thence continue South along College Avenue to 47th Street; thence Westerly along 47th Street to en inter- section with the est line of - orthwest Quarter of Northeast Quarter of Southwest "quarter of section 31, Township 29 North, Range 5 East W. H. , by the installation of a Six inch water main and Two fire hydrants and their necessary appurtenances, and also providing for the improvement of fowler Avenue from 46th Street to 47th Street by the installation of a Two Inch water pipe and its necessary appurtenances, and doing all other work necess ry to make a complete improvement, all in accordance wit Resolution No. 5001 of the City of Everett ; creating an enlarged assessment district which shall be divided into a direct benefit district and an indirect benefit district; creating a local improvement district ; creating a local improvement district fund therefor; providing the payment of said improvement shall be made by special assessment on the property in said district under the lode of payment by bonds. TNHEREAS, by Resolution No . 5001 of the City of :Everet the ,ity Council has declared its intention to order the improv:- ment , as above outlined, and doing all work in connection there with necessary to make a complete improvenent in accordance with the plans end specifications prepared by the Engineer of the City of Everett. NO ,", THERE F OS E, TIT7 CITY OF E VERE' T DOES ORDAIN: Section 1 : That 46th Street between Alger Avenue and College venue in College Hill Addition to Everett , thence continue South along College ..venue to 47th Street ; thence Westerly along 47th Street to an intersection with the -est line of £.orthwest uarter of ££'ortheast uerter of Southwest ';carter of section 31, Township 29 North, Range 5 East W. M. , be improved by the installation of a Six inch water main and tw4 fire hydrants and their necessary appurtenances, and also Fowler Avenue from. 46th Street to 47th street be improved by the installation of a Two inch water pipe and its necessary appurtenances, and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement , all in accordance wit plans and specifics-tions prepared under the direction of the ngineer of the City of 5verett , which plans and specifications are hereby approved and adopted. section 2: That the cost of the above improvement, with the exception of the amount assessed against the c'irect benefit district , shall be borne by and assessed a; ainat the property included in the enlarged district, which district shall be divided into a direct benefit district and an indirect benefit district . The direct benefit district shall bear the cost of such improvement which equals the cost of the installa- tion of a Two inch water pipe in the City ;street directly adjacent to the property included in said direct benefit district .
