• ! Y • J Section 6 : Said examining board shall examine all persons making application under this ordinance for a journeyman plumber's license. Such examination shall be held at such time and place as said board shall designate. Such examination shall be of such character, both practical and theoretical, as to thoroughly test the applicant' s ability and competency to perfo the business of a journeyman plumber as herein defined. Such exa_ inations shall be held from time to time , at such time and place , as said Board shall determine, but no applicant shall be compelled to wait more than Thirty (30 ) days following his application; PROVIDED that temporary working permit may be issued by the plumbing inspector until such time as the examining board meets and makes such examination. If after such examination the board determines that any applicant is qualified and competent to engage in the business of journeyman plumber the board shall issue to such person a certificate of competency. Section 7: All applicants for journeyman plumber's license shall have Three (3) years of experience as en apprentice, or must be a graduate of a mcogni zed trade school which gives at least a Two (2) years course. Application blanks for examination may be obtained from the Secretary of the examining board. Section 8: It shall be unlawful for an apprentice journeyman plumber to install plumbing and fittings under the supervision of a duly licensed journeyman plumber when such journeyman plumber is not physically present and taking an active part in the installation of such plumbing. Section 9: The fee for master plumber's license shall be Thirty-five Dollars ($35.00) per year for each establish- ment or place of business. 1 Section 10: The fee for a journeyman plumber's 1 license shall be Two Dollars ($2.00 ) per year. Section 11: All licenses issued hereunder shall ex- j pire't on the 31st day of December of each year. No license pro- vided for herein shall be issued except under the direction of th City Council of the City of Everett, and no journeyman plumber's license shall be issued unless the applicant for such license shall have a certificate of competency issued by said examining board. Section 12 : After a certificate of competency hes been issued to any person such person shall not be required to take an examination before the issuance of any subsequent license unless so ordered by said examining board. Any license issued hereunder may be revoked by the City Council of the City of Everett upon the recormendation of the examining board herein provided for after a hearing end said examining board determines that a licensee under the terms of this ordinance has vtiated the provisions of this ordinance or permitted the same to be violated, or violated any of the provisions of any of the ordinances of the City of Everett pertaining to the installation,
