1 Section 5: The owner of such license shall not park any taxicab in any space not coveredd by such license in said per'hing meter zone unless he complies with the regulations of Ordinance : o. 2951 of t e City of Everett . Section 6 : The Commissioner of Safety s all order and direct that all parking meters be re oved from the taxicab , stands licensed as herein provided, and shall cause said taxi- cab stands to be distinctly marked as "Taxicab Stands." Section 7: It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation at any time to park any automobile or other vehicle in the space provided for such taxicab stands as provided for herein. Section 8: No taxicab stand shall be licnesed in front of any place of business or residential property unless the applicant for such license files written consent with the City Council of the City of Everett of the occupants and ou;ners of said place of business or said residential property consenting to the establishment end maintenance of such taxicab stand in front of such place of business or residence . Section 9: r;ny person violating any of the pro- visions of this Ordinance shall upon conz,7iction be punished by fine in a sum not exceeding Three Hundred Dollars ( ;300 .00 ) or by imprisonment in the City Jail not exceeding Ninety ( 90 ) days or by both such fine and imprisonment.
