AY OT'DINANCE authorizing and directing the transfer of certain funds from certain Local Improvement District Funds to other Local Improvement District Funds and to the Local Improve- ment Guaranty fund of the City of Everett, and declaring En ei ergency . WHEREAS, all obligations and liabilities of certain Local Improvement Districts of. the City of Everett have been paid in full , and there are certain surpluses remaining in said Local Improvement District Funds, to-wit : L. No. 511 38.80 making a total amount of 12 ,973.50 ; and 72EFIEAS, in Local Improvement District No. 178 the bonds of said district were Paid by the City of Everett in the sum of y;7,750 .74, and said district has no assets of any kind or any other obligations , and said amount stands on the books of the City of Lverett as a charge against said District in favor of the City of Everett ; and HERE 'E, in Local Improvement District No . 300 the City of Everett many years ago paid for and on behalf of said District for bonds of said District the sum of 248.29, and said District has no assets of any kind or any other obliga- tions and said amount stands on the books of the City of Everett as a charge against said District in favor of the City of Everett ; end 1t9IEREJ".S, it is deemed advisable that a sufficient amount be transferred From the surplus re_eining in the Districts above mentioned to take care of the indebtedness of Local Improvement District No. 178 and Local Improvement District No. 300 , totaXling the sum of 7 , 999.03 and the balance of said surplus be transferred to the Local Improvement Guaranty Fund of the City of Everett .
