I.D.funds,. to-wit: L.I.D.No.178 , in the amount of 47,750.74; and L.I.D.No. 300 ,in the amount of 4248.29 , making a total of 47,999.03;and WHEREAS it is considered advisable and necessary that all of the above named accounts be adjusted and balanced on the books of the city, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city treasurer be and he is hereby authorized and instructed to transfer funds as follows; From the above total of 12,973.50, the sum of $7,750.74 to the fund of L. I.D.No.178; and the sum of 4248.29 to the funa of L.I.D.No.300, thus clearing their red ink balances and their idebtedness to the city treasury; and the remainder, the sum of 44974.47 to the Local Improvement Guaranty fund of the city.
