2.1.4 - Element 4: Install Sediment Controls <br /> All stormwater runoff from disturbed areas shall pass through an appropriate sediment removal <br /> BMP before leaving the construction site and entering the existing stormwater conveyance <br /> along Cascade View Drive. The specific BMPs to be used for controlling sediment on this <br /> project include: <br /> List and describe BMPs: Silt Fence (BMP C233), Wattles (C235) <br /> Silt fencing shall be installed along the perimeter of the site prior to construction activities. This <br /> shall prevent sediment in overflow from leaving the site. <br /> The wattles will serve to capture runoff and remove sediment from stormwater. All runoff from <br /> the site during construction will be directed to the wattles. <br /> Installation Schedules: Installation prior to land-disturbing activities. <br /> Inspection and Maintenance plan: Sediment control elements shall be inspected daily to <br /> ensure they are in good condition and effectively preventing sediment from leaving the site. <br /> Responsible Staff: TBD—Construction Erosion Control Lead <br /> Page 110 <br />
