Name, title, and signature of person conducting the site <br /> inspection, and the following statement: "I certify under penalty of <br /> law that this report is true, accurate, and complete, to the best of <br /> my knowledge and belief." <br /> When the site inspection indicates that the site is not in compliance with any terms <br /> and conditions of the NPDES permit, the Permittee shall take immediate action(s) <br /> to: stop, contain, and clean up the unauthorized discharges, or otherwise stop the <br /> noncompliance; correct the problem(s); implement appropriate Best Management <br /> Practices (BMPs) and/or conduct maintenance of existing BMPs; and achieve <br /> compliance with all applicable standards and permit conditions. In addition, if the <br /> noncompliance causes a threat to human health or the environment, the Permittee <br /> shall comply with the Noncompliance Notification requirements in Special <br /> Condition S5.F of the permit. <br /> Page 133 <br />
