Fire Pension Board Minutes <br />City Of Everett <br />January 18, 2023 <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The regular meeting of the Fire Pension Board was called to order at 9:30 a.m. on January 18, <br />2023. Board Members Neyens, Vitalich, Franklin and Jorve were present. Board Member <br />Stonecipher was excused. Board Attorney David Hall; Marcy Hammer and Tina Te, Human <br />Resources; and Richard Gray, Finance, were also present. <br /> <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />The minutes of the meeting of November 16, 2022, were approved. <br /> <br /> <br />BILLS AND PENSION ROLLS <br /> <br />PENSION ROLL Budgeted Amount $676,000.00 October 2022 $50,964.44 Remaining budget $129,167.60 19.11% <br /> MEDICAL CLAIMS Budgeted amount $1,982,000.00 October 2022 $74,303.89 October 2022 HMA fees $0.00 <br /> Remaining budget $900,851.55 45.45% <br /> <br /> <br />Moved by Neyens, seconded by Vitalich, to approve the October pension rolls and medical <br />claims as presented. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all members voting yes except Board Members Stonecipher, who was <br />excused. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br />PENSION ROLL <br />Budgeted Amount $676,000.00 <br />November 2022 $50,964.44 <br />Remaining budget $78,203.16 11.57% <br /> <br />MEDICAL CLAIMS <br />Budgeted amount $1,982,000.00 <br />November 2022 $80,495.38
