<br />CONTROL TREATMENT APPLICABLE TO THE TIME OF YEAR IN QUESTION. GRASS
<br />SEEDING ALONE WILL BE ACCEPTABLE ONLY DURING THE MONTHS OF APRIL
<br />THROUGH SEPTEMBER INCLUSIVE. SEEDING MAY PROCEED, HOWEVER, WHENEVER IT
<br />IS iN THE INTEREST OF THE CONTRACTOR, BUT MUST BE AUGMENTED WITH
<br />MULCHING.
<br />6.
<br />THE CONTRACTOR'S LICENSED SURVEYOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FIELD
<br />LOCATING THE CLEARING LIMITS AND ESTABLISHING THOSE BOUNDARIES WITH
<br />BRIGHT COLORED FLAGGING, PAINT, FENCING, OR OTHER VISIBLE MEANS. THE
<br />CONTRACTOR SHALL CLEAR TO THE LIMITS AS ESTABLISHED ON THIS PLAN AND AS
<br />MARKED IN THE FIELD.
<br />7.
<br />ALL WORK ASSOCIATED WITH STABILIZING THE DISTURBED AREAS SHALL BE IN
<br />ACCORDANCE WITH CURRENT CITY OF EVERETT STANDARDS.
<br />8.
<br />ALL NECESSARY FACILITIES SHALL BE MAINTAINED ON -SITE TO PREVENT DEBRIS,
<br />DUST AND MUD FROM ACCUMULATING ON THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY.
<br />9.
<br />THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING EROSION CONTROL MEASURES
<br />FUNCTIONING. AFTER EACH DAY OF RAINFALL, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL INSPECT
<br />THE EROSION CONTROL FACILITIES FOR DAMAGE. IF DAMAGE HAS OCCURRED TO
<br />ANY OF THE FACILITIES, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL IMMEDIATELY MAKE ANY
<br />NECESSARY REPAIRS IN CONFORMANCE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS.
<br />10.
<br />THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLY WITH ALL REQUIREMENTS OF THE SITE'S
<br />CONSTRUCTION STORMWATER GENERAL PERMIT.
<br />11.
<br />AS STORMWATER FEATURES ARE REMOVED DURING THE DEMOLITION PROCESS,
<br />CONTRACTOR MUST PROVIDE MEANS OF CONVEYING STORMWATER FROM ISOLATED
<br />STRUCTURES/SYSTEMS TO ON -SITE CONSTRUCTION STORMWATER FACILITIES.
