The project will install water quality <br />treatment devices on existing stormwater systems upstream of Beverly Lake. The <br />project's goal is to improve water quality in Beverly Lake and Pigeon Creek #1 which is <br />downstream of the lake. The grant will provide funds for design, permitting, and <br />construction of the project. <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 2 to Water Quality Combined Financial <br />Assistance Agreement for the Beverly Lake Water Quality Retrofit Project. <br />
