The sale of <br />vessels purchased with state dollars, when sold at the end of their useful life, must be consistent <br />with the AGENCY's policies and procedures. AGENCY agrees to remove the vessel from the <br />Patrol Vessel Inventory once it is sold. <br />Boating <br />accident reports to STATE PARKS (in compliance with RCW 79A.60.200, RCW 79A.60.220 and <br />WA C 352-70) as follows: <br />• For any boating accident resulting in a death, or in an injury requiring hospita <br />AGENCY agrees to: <br />o Notify STATE PARKS within 48 hours of becoming aware of the incident. <br />o Fill out and submit a complete Boating Accident Investigation Report (BAIR - <br />form number A-425) within ten days of the occurrence. <br />o Include the results of any other investigation conducted by the agency, including <br />but not limited to statements from witnesses or any party involved, photos, maps, <br />or additional information. <br />o Submit, within one week of completion, any coroner's reports concerning the <br />death of any person resulting from the boating accident. <br />• In addition to the requirements above, for any boating accident resulting in a death, or in <br />an injury requiring hospitalization, OR damage to any vessel or property of two thousand <br />dollars or more, OR a vessel is a complete loss, OR a person disappears from the <br />vessel under circumstances that indicate death, AGENCY agrees to submit a Boating <br />Accident Report (BAR - Form number A-440) within 10 days of the occurrence to <br />STATE PARKS. <br />AGENCY agrees to submit <br />Boater Assistance: AGENCY agrees to create and maintain the ability to respond, or <br />coordinate response to, boating emergencies that occur within AGENCY's jurisdiction and <br />document each occurrence and report it to STATE PARKS through the Summary of Activity <br />Report (SOAR) Web Form as prescribed in this agreement.
